Business Controller Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Finance Recruitment Sweden AB. As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial performance and optimizing the efficiency of our Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on cost deviations and price fluctuations in components and materials in Operations.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Business Planning: Contribute to the Sales and Operations planning process (S&OP).
  • Freight and Customs Management: Manage freight and customs follow-up.
  • Forecasting and Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct demand, supply, and inventory forecasting and sensitivity analyses.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years or equivalent of business controlling experience (a great merit if in production, supply chain, or logistics areas).
  • Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Knowledge of analysis tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar is appreciated.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both in speaking and writing in English.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with strong business understanding.
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
