Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily business operations within our digital systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily logistics, ensuring timely and effective delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar roles within multinational medical device companies.
  • Experience in handling invoicing and reporting within business systems.
  • Experience in tender and contracts administration, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Confident in ordering processes, invoicing, customer support, and logistics, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, with strong language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in using business software.
