The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our core operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day workflows, managing and coordinating various operational issues and incidents, and working closely with other teams to resolve challenges and maintain high-quality processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Terminal Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for terminals, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring clear and accurate communication of essential information.
  2. Schedule Adherence: Monitor schedule adherence for first-, middle-, and last-mile deliveries, as well as sorting processes, to improve on-time performance and reduce delays.
  3. Operational Feedback: Gather feedback from terminals regarding operational processes and challenges, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Traffic Control Support: Provide support for Traffic Control, helping to manage complex issues or incidents, and collaborating with Product and Tech teams to report technical issues or bugs that could impact operations.

Requirements
  1. Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and experience working with various systems.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and pedagogically.
  3. Collaborative Mindset: Collaborative mindset, capable of working well with others, while also managing independent projects.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, able to identify problems and propose solutions.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, currently scheduled between 07:00-23:00 on weekdays and 09:00-22:30 on weekends.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in both Swedish and English.
