This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager in Stockholm. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with international merchants, navigating complex organizational structures, and driving commercial growth. Your expertise in payments will enable you to identify new opportunities and expand our presence globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will develop and maintain deep customer relationships by providing expert advice on payments strategy and delivering impactful insights.
  2. You will lead commercial discussions, aligning with strategic and financial objectives, and drive revenue growth.
  3. You will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to make informed decisions through data-driven storytelling.
  4. You will coordinate project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  5. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  1. You possess 4-7 years of experience in account management, product management, or a related field, preferably within payments or financial services.
  2. You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively across cultures and time zones.
  3. You are passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  4. You are proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a strong command of the English language.
  5. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
