As a Solutions Engineer in Europe, you'll play a vital role in solving complex technical issues, driving innovation, and fostering strong relationships with our customers and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Design and implement efficient tools to streamline the Support and Success process.
- Advise on product development based on customer interactions and feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages and software development principles.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear explanation of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
