Job Description:

This role focuses on providing customer support to our German and English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone and email.
  • Use troubleshooting experience and available resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Report on and follow up on any defects that are found.
