Job Description:This role focuses on providing customer support to our German and English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Use troubleshooting experience and available resources to resolve customer issues.
- Report on and follow up on any defects that are found.
