Export Sales Development Director

Purity Distillery is seeking an experienced international distributor partnership leader to drive the company's global expansion. As a leading player in the premium vodka and gin market, we have established a strong presence in the U.S. and are now looking to expand into Europe and other key markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This is a highly autonomous role, offering flexibility and autonomy to plan and execute your own market approach.

Your Key Responsibilities- Buidling and maintaining strategic partnerships with distributors across Europe and other key markets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Representing Purity at global trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings.
- Negotiating commercial agreements that maximize sales and partner satisfaction while protecting our premium positioning.
- Analyzing trends, competitor activities, and sales data to shape market-specific growth strategies.
- Coordinating with our internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery to our distributor partners.
