The Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Account Manager Professional Services to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales strategy and execution for your key customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities and grow existing ones.
  • Negotiating and contracting consulting engagements with customers to implement Adobe Digital Marketing solutions and improve the business value from existing implementations, and drive the sales process until closure.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A minimum of 8-15 years of sales experience in consulting/professional services within a Software Vendor or in a consulting firm. A combination of Delivery & Services Sales experience would be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience Topics (Customer Experience, marketing automation, digital Marketing…).
  • Ability to navigate complex environments.
  • English & Swedish fluent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
