Role Summary

This Complex Solution Sales Professional role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and customer expansion opportunities within the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling complex solutions and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through collaboration with peer sales teams, inside sales, and partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Workiva's platform and its value proposition to customers.
  • Skillfully address customer objections and remove obstacles to close deals.
  • Leverage customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure deals and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
  • Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
  • Ability to demonstrate complex software applications.
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
