Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial go-to market strategy, building strategic partnerships, and scaling our business through expanded distribution channels.
In this role, you will analyze market trends, negotiate customer contracts, and optimize promotional spend to ensure maximum ROI.
You will also represent our brand at events and conferences, solidifying our position as the true green alternative within the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving challenging goals.
- Technology savvy and familiar with data analysis and decision-making tools (PowerBI, Google Analytics, SAP, Office 365, etc.).
