Nordics Director of Enterprise Sales

TN Sweden is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Sales Executive to join our team as a Named Accounts Business Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in digitalization of enterprise customers, familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries, and the ability to establish communication and engagement with prospects.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis.
- Lead by example and engage with customer executives to support the account team in implementing account strategy.
