About the Job

This role is a leadership position that will help define and shape the next stage of Kong's GTM partner channel in the Nordics.

The focus will be on driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem. As the Partner Sales Director, you will directly impact Kong's bottom line by driving sourced incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tighten alignment with the NEMEA sales leadership on strategy, execution, and GTM plans.
  • Analyse market dynamics to ensure successful partner coverage that supports the Field Sales Team's initiatives and success.
  • Responsible for cross-functional strategy alignment (marketing, support, CX, etc.).
  • Continual review of the GTM strategy to address market and industry changes.
