Job Description

The Commercial Manager role at GlobalConnect involves developing and implementing data-driven commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Nordic and German markets. This includes guiding business development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to inform commercial decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing value propositions tailored to the needs of SMB, Large Enterprise, and Public Accounts
  • Coordinating and launching new offers and products to stay competitive
  • Providing market intelligence to inform business-specific and broader commercial decisions
  • Designing pricing strategies to ensure profitability

To excel in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, project management experience, and excellent collaboration skills. A background in telecom, tech services, or B2B industries is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
