This Sales Excellence Lead position is an excellent opportunity to work with senior-level stakeholders and contribute to the growth and success of our global sales organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating strategic partnerships with segment leaders to drive business results.
- Establishing and maintaining a collaborative rhythm of connection with peers and leadership.
- Providing expert guidance on sales motions and strategies to optimize opportunity management.
- Developing and promoting effective segment strategies for segmentation, territory planning, and quota allocation.
- Fostering strong relationships with sales leaders to drive key initiatives forward.
- Ensuring seamless awareness and understanding of corporate or timezone programs.
- Leading process improvements and enhancements in sales team capabilities using data-driven insights.
- Analyzing and addressing sales-related challenges and blockers.
- Leading innovative analytics initiatives to uncover key revenue drivers.
- Elevating sales process discipline and adherence to standards in partnership with sales leaders.
- Serving as a senior leader, supporting segment leader capacity and representing the segment as an internal advocate.
