At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments adjacent to the hotel. In the house, you will also find the wine bar Blanche & Hierta, At Six Cocktailbar, and the large international restaurant Dining Room.


We are driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the At Six experience.


The Role and Our Philosophy


As a Front Office Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, from check-in to check-out. You will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service and support to our guests. Your main focus will be on Front Office-related tasks, as well as other duties connected to the hotel's operations.

Your Background


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You should have at least 1 year of experience working in a Front Office or Reservation Department, with a good knowledge of a well-known PMS platform. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, and a driving license is desirable. You should be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, as well as holidays.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills:



  • Previous experience within Front Office or Reservation Departments
  • Previous experience working with the luxury segment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of any well-known PMS platform
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, as well as holidays
