Job Overview:

At BYD Europe, we're looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager Aftersales (buses & trucks) to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing new projects, and managing operational and management issues.

As the Key Account Manager Aftersales, you'll be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, developing service level agreements, and maintaining customer relationships. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building trust with major stakeholders and resolving operational aftersales-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of pending operational aftersales-related topics.
  • Coordinate the aftersales setup for new projects, including training, workshop setup, and spare parts delivery.
  • Manage and follow up on Open Items resulting from the delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an After Sales Manager within a mobility OEM (preferably with bus and/or truck manufacturers).
  • Affinity with electric mobility and solid technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Swedish and/or Norwegian and English languages.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and think outside the box.
