EU Dealer Development Manager

Job Summary:
The EU Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to drive dealership growth and performance across the region. This includes identifying dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, and customer satisfaction, strengthening dealer profitability, and facilitating BYD network development.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing a network development strategy to attract new dealer partners
- Executing a market representation business plan that achieves volume and share growth objectives
- Managing performance improvement growth processes at underperforming dealerships
- Coordinating with relevant resources to adjust business processes and align task roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business management or engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions
- Expertise in business acumen, including financial statement interpretation and dealer performance analysis
