We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our TN Sweden team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Northern Europe Region.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, proven ability to manage, motivate and mentor a cross-border team. They should also have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
