Doconomy is a market leader in impact technology, dedicated to driving global climate action by equipping banks with innovative financial tools. We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Desk Professional to join our IT team in Stockholm.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to colleagues across the organization, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure. Your focus will be on minimizing disruptions to our work while delivering outstanding support with a friendly and professional approach.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies, as well as experience with ticketing systems, including Jira. Proficiency with Google Workspace administration and a basic understanding of IT security principles and practices are also highly desirable.

You will work closely with other teams to improve IT processes and user experience, and your excellent communication and service skills, combined with a problem-solving attitude, will enable you to provide outstanding support to our colleagues.
