Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing account management team, encouraging collaboration and skill-sharing across the region.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives, emphasizing business development and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities and strengthen Sinch's market presence.
  • Establish Sinch as the trusted advisor to key clients through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
  • Optimize business operations within budget constraints, focusing on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant commercial experience, preferably in the communications sector or related fields.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regional markets and connections within the industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse sales teams across various locations.
  • Expertise in client engagement and negotiations, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, along with knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem considered advantageous.
