As a Business Development Specialist at Beijer Electronics, your main goal will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your days will be filled with strategic collaboration, customer interactions, and event organization.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial focus. Strong expertise in both hardware and software, along with technical knowledge in HMI, PLC, and familiarity with Codesys and Drives, is required. Knowledge of open web technologies like OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, is also essential. Experience managing customer project deliveries and having a valid driver's license are must-haves. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English are necessary.
