Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled M3 Business Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our Procure to Pay (P2P) / Inbound processes and Need & Supply planning area with Infor M3 system.

  • Analyze and challenge existing processes
  • Develop functional business requirements
  • Support the quality assurance process by validating test cases and supporting test activities
  • Create training materials and deliver training as well as creating solution and process documentation

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Infor M3 and related programs that support the business planning processes such as Supply Chain Planning and its connection to master data, warehouse management, Shipping & Distribution and Financial management.

Able to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in Infor M3 and related programs
  • Experience in business analysis and the requirements process
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Structured and have strong analytical skills
