Key Account Business Developer

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and mapping prospective clients to generate leads and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships.

- Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- Building strong relationships with E-tailer Key Accounts to drive sales growth and market presence.
- Collaborating across teams to create tailored trade programs and optimize communication and information sharing.
- Monitoring Key Account compliance with contracts and addressing performance gaps with timely actions.
- Using data analytics to analyze sales, brand performance, and promotions, and translating findings into actionable business plans.
- Ensuring strong fundamentals in distribution, availability, and fulfillment for the E-tailer channel.
- Proposing investment strategies to optimize resources and drive channel growth.
You are a driven and strategic individual with at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management. You should possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, as well as fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or E-commerce.
- Skills: Proven ability to transform strategic insights into commercial initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Collaboration: A track record of fostering cross-functional success and building strong partnerships.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget analysis, P&L analysis, and business operations.
- Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
