Nu tar vi steget in i ett nytt kapitel där vi utvecklar en stark säljorganisation som är mer effektiv och framgångsrik.
I rollen som Head of Sales blir du ansvarig för att etablera och utveckla säljorganisationen.
Den vanliga säljprocessen bygger på referenser och kontaktnät men vi vill gå längre. Vi vill utveckla en säljorganisation som arbetar med utgående försäljning och bygga en egen kundstock.
Du är ansvarig för att bygga en egen kundstock och arbeta för att nå ut till nya potentiella kunder.
Detta innebär också att du får chansen att leda de säljare som kommer in efter dig och hela försäljningen.
Se till att du levererar strukturerade resultat och att du arbetar proaktivt med kostruktur.
