About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts across Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

As a leader, you will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

You will be responsible for creating a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding. Your analytical skills will be essential in tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Design and implement a candidate experience framework that ensures a seamless and engaging experience
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions

  • Proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition teams in a large corporate environment
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics
