About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts across Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business results through innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across Europe.
  • Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of talent acquisition professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and implement streamlined recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Own the recruitment journey, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas.
  • Real appreciation for data and metrics, with the ability to convert them into actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
