Sweden Market Expansion Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our market expansion efforts in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Swedish market and its dynamics, with a proven track record of success in IT sales, procurement, or project management. A strong business network and native Swedish language skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to measure progress against goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT/digital with a proven track record of exceeding expectations as a manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English, with readiness to represent Proteams in meetings and events.
