About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our market expansion efforts in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Swedish market and its dynamics, with a proven track record of success in IT sales, procurement, or project management. A strong business network and native Swedish language skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  2. Built and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to measure progress against goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/digital with a proven track record of exceeding expectations as a manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English, with readiness to represent Proteams in meetings and events.
