I denna roll som Customer Service Lead kommer du att arbeta i en spännande miljö där du ständigt kommer att lära dig mer om både produkten och kundernas behov. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med ett dedikerat team som delar samma mål: att göra skillnad för våra kunder.

Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar bland annat att träffa kunder för att diskutera deras behov och se till att de får det de behöver. Du ska också lära kunder om nya funktioner och hjälpa till att lösa problem när det behövs.

Vad krävs för att lyckas i denna roll? Förutom praktisk erfarenhet av teknisk konsulting och systeminföranden så krävs det att du är analytisk, organiserad och lösningsorienterad. Du ska också ha hög digital mognad och förståelse för digitalisering. Meriterande är om du har tidigare erfarenhet av kundnära roller (kundansvar/projektledning och Customer Success, Customer Support eller motsvarande).
