Regional Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in positioning FitForMe as the market leader in bariatric supplements. As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with healthcare professionals in the Nordic region and increasing our market share.
You will be a true ambassador for our brand, representing us at events, conferences, and client visits. Your primary goal will be to build trust and credibility with our customers, ensuring they understand the value of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be comfortable traveling frequently (approximately 75% of the time) and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- Develop new relationships with healthcare professionals in the Nordic region
- Increase market share through effective relationship-building and product representation
- Represent FitForMe at events, conferences, and client visits
- Work independently to achieve set targets and budgets
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B1/advanced)
- Strong drive to achieve results and adaptability to changing situations
- Expense coverage: fuel card and credit card for business expenses
- Top equipment: laptop, mobile phone, and tablet provided
