Vi söker en engagerad och målinriktad Account Manager som vill bidra till vår tillväxt och stärka våra relationer med bostadsrättsföreningar och byggaktörer.
Uppdragets innehåll:- Planera och prospektera i ditt tilldelade distrikt på daglig, månads- och årsbasis.
- Bearbeta och bygga långsiktiga relationer med bostadsrättsföreningar, interimsstyrelser och byggherrar.
- Genomföra aktiviteter såsom dörrknackning, kalla samtal, visningar och referensförsäljning.
- Skapa intresse och engagemang hos styrelser, balkonggrupper och boende.
- Delta i och hålla presentationer på styrelsemöten, årsstämmor och extra stämmor.
- Arbeta i CRM-system och föreningsdokumentation med hög noggrannhet.
- Tidigare erfarenhet av BtoB- och /eller BtoC-försäljning eller relationsskapande försäljning.
- Resultatinriktad och trivs med att arbeta självständigt mot uppsatta mål.
- Strukturerad och noggrann i administrativt arbete.
- God kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att bygga förtroende.
- Godkänd körkortshållare och flexibel att resa inom distriktet.
