Area Business Manager

KONE is a leading provider of elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization. We seek a highly motivated Area Business Manager to join our Europe Finance team and support the profitable growth of our Service Business Line in Europe. This role involves analyzing results and forecasts, defining action plans, and ensuring process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Europe Service team to ensure seamless execution of action plans.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and compliance with group policies.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a country/area organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Solution-focused with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Full English proficiency; French, German, Italian, Spanish language skills are an asset.
