Client Success Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our client success team, you will work closely with clients to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth in the grocery and convenience retail industry.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with clients, delivering data-driven insights, and driving business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain deep understanding of client businesses and markets
- Deliver high-quality analytical insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Manage and analyze large datasets to drive business decisions
- Communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, economics, statistics)
