Client Success Coordinator

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading player in the digital media landscape and drive revenue growth through strong relationship-building and performance management skills.
Main Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with advertisers in your portfolio to drive revenue growth.
- Efficiently manage, analyse, and optimise advertisers' programs to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Monitor budgets and take proactive steps to maximise performance, providing regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue while staying updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign progress and discuss future strategies, troubleshooting any issues that arise during campaign execution.
- You possess relevant higher education or experience in the digital media landscape and data-driven marketing.
- An interest and understanding of performance-based marketing drives your success in this role.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office programs is essential for your daily tasks.
- Fluency in English and Swedish enables you to communicate effectively with our clients and stakeholders.
