About the Position:

This role involves leading Lingio's Sales function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve annual sales targets and expand the sales team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Sourcing new business and driving sales pipeline growth.
  2. Strategic planning and implementation of sales development strategies.
  3. Collaboration with customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth.
  4. Analyzing market opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  5. Leading and growing Lingio's sales team to a world-class B2B SaaS sales team.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional with a passion for sales and business development. Adept at generating new business through various channels and confident in presenting complex solutions to different types of decision-makers.

Previous experience in managing sales teams and driving scalable revenue growth through effective sales strategies is essential.
