Job Description:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales and profitability, and creating a positive customer experience. This includes analysing selling information, taking responsibility for the store's sales performance, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the store's sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve exceptional results
- Manage store operations, including inventory, stock, and delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of KPIs, selling reports, budgeting, turnover, and workforce hours. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, as well as knowledge of Health & Safety standards and store operation routines.
