We are expanding our operations in Sweden and are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) with relevant experience in the debt collection domain, ideally located in the Stockholm area.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage confidently with clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g., legal representatives) through email, chat, and written correspondence, providing solution-oriented and knowledgeable support for inquiries from the Swedish market.
  • Address legal matters, including inquiries from debt counseling agencies and criminal charges, while serving as a liaison for bailiffs regarding court files.
  • Direct client inquiries to the appropriate contacts, including those related to data protection and legal concerns.
  • Manage files efficiently and maintain CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback from clients and customers to assist in enhancing technology and services.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the team.
What We Seek:
  • Initial experience in B2C customer service, preferably with a focus on receivables management or debt collection.
  • A strong desire to thrive in dynamic environments and continuously enhance processes and standards.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and enthusiastic about new technologies, including AI.
