Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased product adoption and value realization.
  • Relationship Management: Advocate for customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Customer Success Planning: Compile and analyze client feedback, generating comprehensive reports and providing recommendations to Watu Credit Management for improving Customer Success.
