Teamtailor AB is seeking a Business Development Expert to join our team. As a Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Continuously learning and understanding our product, internal processes, and industry to stay ahead in the market.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- A strong understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- A passion for driving business growth and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
