About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the telecom sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide expert advice on electro-mechanical devices and fiber optics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in direct sales to OEMs
- Proven track record of developing territories and handling new businesses
- Experience with connectors, cable assemblies, or similar electro-mechanical devices
- Strong market knowledge and relevant network
Personal Qualities:
- Consultative and professional sales approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
