Nordic Business Development Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nordic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the Nordics.

Your primary focus will be on developing and expanding your accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase product adoption. With a deep understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations, you will provide expert guidance and support to our customers in the Nordics.

  • You will take on full responsibility for 30-40 Enterprise customers, providing exceptional analytical and advisory skills to drive business success.
  • Develop and expand your accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase product adoption.
  • Work with state-of-the-art Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight and Salesforce, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and innovations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry or related business.

Strong understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.

Excellent analytical and advisory skills, with the ability to structure and prioritize work effectively.
