Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and development of the Nordics sales team. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive plans for team sales activity, including pipeline and productivity management, as well as quota and non-commercial objectives for all individuals/team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote field-based sales teams, leading new business teams with a target focus on selling to mid-market/enterprise-level customers, and coaching sales teams to achieve targets. A minimum of 5 years of SaaS/HCM/Tech solution sales experience is required, with a proven track record of achieving deals in excess of €100k ARR.
