About the RoleThis senior-level position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferably in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with market analysis, competitive research, and sales strategy development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
