About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on Ericsson's workplace experience. As the Hospitality Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for visitors, customers, and employees.

You will work closely with the GWO Sweden team and supply partners to deliver best-in-class user experiences. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners to become the center of expertise for hospitality experience.

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Be an inspiring leader, setting and achieving targets that benefit multiple departments.
  • Work with the GWO Sweden team to build and deliver user experiences.
  • Develop initiatives to foster connections between occupants.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and identify innovative ways to enhance service delivery.

Analyze data and feedback to improve customer experience.

Take accountability for food and beverage services in Sweden.
