
IT Channel Development Lead

You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Splunk's key clients and understand how our range of product and program offerings can grow their business. Responsibilities include expanding relationships with existing partners, recruiting and developing new ones, and establishing and executing sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue.
This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quota targets
- Expand relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones
- Establish and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue
- Work closely with our sales organization to facilitate pipeline generation and account development
