About the Role:This role will lead the team in achieving operational excellence, assuring top-notch in-store execution, and contributing to channel performance and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales growth, market share growth, and operational excellence through a high-performing field sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing an engaged and high-performing sales representative team.
- Providing daily leadership, coaching, and support, including co-riding with team members.
- Fostering in-store excellence through structured training, regular feedback, and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in leading and managing geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance, optimize field and in-store execution.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills, with experience in performance management.
