
Distributor Channel Growth Manager

Splunk, a Cisco company, is a leading provider of an end-to-end full stack platform for the hybrid, multi-cloud world. Our unified security and observability platform helps enterprises keep their digital systems secure and reliable.
We are seeking an experienced Distributor Channel Growth Manager to help us grow our distribution partners in the North EMEA region. The role has primary responsibility for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quota assignments for specified distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue quotas in assigned channel.
- Deliver aggressive license, support, and service revenue targets.
- Account planning and opportunity management with distributors.
- Lead sales efforts with distributors.
- Enable distributors in our selling methodology.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in distribution partner account management.
- Recent success exceeding revenue quotas in a distribution channel.
- Experience strategizing and managing distributors.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
