New Business Acquisition Specialist

We're searching for an experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our rapidly expanding sales team in Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company in health benefits and wellness management.
As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving upselling by building strong relationships with clients.
Your Key Objectives- Acquire new customers and increase sales through strategic planning and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and a focus on needs analysis. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Familiarity with CRM systems like Lime, HubSpot, or similar sales tools is beneficial. We're looking for someone with a passion for sales, curiosity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
