About the Role:
  1. Crafting Opportunities: Develop strategies to attract new students to our diverse range of trainings, securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
  2. Innovative Outreach: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students.
  3. Results-Driven: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
  4. Sales Mastery: Review call recordings per week to improve sales approach and objection handling skills, proposing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
  5. Event Expertise: Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products, assisting in or leading at least two webinars per month.
