Senior Manager of Traction Control Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Traction Control Systems. As a key member of our Control Systems department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the verification and validation of traction control software functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 10 engineers working on verification and validation of traction control software functionality.
- Develop and maintain real-time simulators for control systems.
- Drive test competency as a profession and own process and template ownership.
- Work closely with teams across the business, including control and system departments, and with colleagues around the world.
- MSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or equivalent.
- Multiple years of technical and managerial experience.
- Multiple years of verification and validation experience.
- Ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging the organization.
- Knowledge of software safety and work with assessment bodies.
- Experience from rail applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applying agile methods for software development.
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a business level.
