About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Traction Control Products team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers working on traction control products and its functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 18 engineers working on traction control products and its functionality.
- Develop and maintain relevant competency and skills in the team.
- Participate in the Traction Control department leadership team working on visions and strategies, way of working and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the management of the product organization handled by the department.
- Have close contact with technical project leaders to secure deliveries as committed.
About You
We value passion, attitude, and experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multiple years of technical and managerial experience.
- Geniune interest in coaching, supporting, and developing team members.
- Ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging the organization.
- Knowledge of software safety (IEC61508, ISO26262 etc) and/or experience from rail applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applying agile methods for software development.
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a business level is essential for the job.
